Tes Pasola would like to express her appreciation for paper. She strives to liberate one medium that has always been stereotyped as the container of an idea (and not the idea itself), a symbol of worth (but not given worth), the vessel of a message (but never the message itself). In the collages she creates she lets the paper speak, refusing it to be silenced by a dull, paperless society, declaring a simple pleasure in its innate worth.
